- finding solutions and balance for individuals' home or small business offices by working together with them to find the best methods and systems for them.
I also specialize in helping families with special needs children to stay focused but not become overwhelmed with all the reports from all the sources and the accomodations that must be made in the family.
- About me and my business:
- I was in corporate America in the area of Human Resources for 25 years. After that I ran my own business for 4, I want to help others learn in a short time what it took me to learn over many years of trial and error. I have set up new businesses, established new departments and revamped or tweeked old ones.
I am the mother of a Special Needs child and have successfully navigated the system and process. I understand first hand the need to stay organized and not get overwhelmed and the special challenges a family faces. I am a Certified Special Needs Advocate trained by the Federation for Children with Special Needs in MA.
