A Timely Solution was established 7 years ago to help busy clients become more productive by organizing their homes, their offices, and their lives. As a Productivity Consultant Mary Ann focuses on assessing the issues that a client is having, recommending solutions, and helping them implement them. She then works to transfer knowledge to her client so that they can be self-sufficient. She works with clients one-on-one, remotely over the phone, or in a workshop environment.

Mary Ann helps her clients organize their paper, time and space to improve their productivity. She offers systems, procedures and advice to manage paper and electronic information. With today’s fast pace and demands that are put on us, many clients nned help with managing their time.. Regaining balance and reducing stress can often be one of the most important benefits achieved from our work.

About me and my business:

Mary Ann Pate is an Organizing and Productivity Consultant, Past President of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of NAPO (the National Association of Professional Organizers), a Productivity Trainer and Authorized Consultant, a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the founder of A Timely Solution. She provides organizing assistance to individuals and businesses throughout the United States.

Prior to owning her own business, Mary Ann spent over 25 years working with large corporations and startups to achieve their objectives. She has hired, trained, and coached many people. She is an excellent listener and good at creating new environments to meet her clients’ needs. She has discovered that her clients are most successful at maintaining a new system if it is tailored to suit their specific needs.
